Client names, contact details, booking actions, cancellation or reschedule links, professional notes, screenshots, payment-proof records, and support messages may be handled where the workflow requires them.
Use, retention, and service providers
Promptly may use this information to provide bookings, reminders, calendar clarity, client action links, payment-proof context, support, security, abuse prevention, and product maintenance. Records are kept only as long as needed for the app workflow, support, security, legal, or accounting reasons. Service providers may support hosting, storage, authentication or OTP delivery, notifications, calendar connectivity, support, and payment-proof handling. Promptly should not receive full payment-card numbers.
